Approve & activate your campaign

Your fixed asset is back in review. Give it the final approval and promote your campaign to Active.

1. Approve the asset

  1. Open the Review page (or your campaign's assets).
  2. Confirm the new version is Under review, then click Approve — its status turns Approved (green ✓).
  3. Check that every asset in your campaign is now Approved.

Note

Only Approved assets are available and searchable for use downstream — so make sure nothing is left in Under review or Rework.

2. Move the campaign to Active

  1. Open your campaign (Sage Intacct – your segment).
  2. Advance it through the campaign workflow — Planned → Review → Active — using the workflow control at the top of the campaign.
  3. Your campaign is now Active: every asset is approved and ready to use.

Note

In this environment the campaign workflow runs Planned → Review → Active → Archived. Active means the campaign is live and its assets are good to go.
