Step 9 of 26
Search capabilities π
Now that your campaign is Active, find and reuse assets fast. Content Hub gives you several complementary ways to search β and the AI tags from earlier make them all sharper.
Simple (full-text) search
- In the Search field, type a keyword β it searches across all indexed metadata (titles, descriptions, AI tagsβ¦), with autocomplete as you type.
- Combine terms with AND / OR (must be UPPERCASE) and use
*wildcards. - Each term appears under APPLIED FILTERS; remove one with the β.
Try searching for your product or one of the AI tags from step 4.
Facets
Use the facets in the side panel (e.g. Asset type, Brand, Tags, Review status) to drill down. Pick one or more values and combine facets to filter results dynamically β like flexible, multi-view "folders".
Visual search (AI) β
AI-assisted visual search finds images by color, a text description,
or a sample image β no exact tag required (.jpg, .jpeg, .png). Reuse
your earlier description, or upload an image to find visually similar ones.

Guided search
Describe what you're working on in plain language and let Content Hub guide you to the right assets β no query-building required. State your product, campaign type, and audience (your segment):
I'm working on a Sage Intacct lead-generation campaign focusing on a Financial Services audience β find on-brand hero and lifestyle images of finance professionals that suit the landing page.
Swap in your own segment. For precise, field-level filtering you can also use the Advanced tab (for example Created on between two dates, or Asset type = Image) and save a query under My searches to reuse and share it.
Tip
The AI tags and alt text you generated in step 4 are what make full-text and visual search so effective β good metadata pays off here.
Note
Facets vs. full-text: a facet filters one specific field (e.g. Brand = Sage), while full-text looks across every indexed field at once.
