Step 21 of 26
Create a brief with an agent
A more structured route than a single prompt: have an agent interview you and turn the conversation into a brand-backed Landing Page Brief β a reusable input a builder can later turn into a page. Meet the Create Brief agent.
1. Select the Create Brief agent
In Agents (or the Chat), select Create Brief. It reads the Sage Brand Kit first, then asks one smart question at a time β each with a few options and an "β¦or tell me something else" escape, with a recommended pick marked. It infers and suggests values rather than making you fill out a form.
2. Start with a goal
Kick it off with a one-liner and answer the questions. Each note says what to expect.
I need a landing page for Sage Accounting.
Expect: confirms the product, asks who it's for, infers a Standard page; ~4-6 questions; recaps; on your yes β saves a Draft brief and returns a brief ID.
A page promoting Sage Accounting to nonprofits.
Expect: flags that Sage Intacct is the better nonprofit fit, then (on confirm) builds a Segment brief for nonprofits.
Build the brief for an IKEA page about Sage Intacct.
Expect: an ABM brief for IKEA β public, factual framing only; suggests an enterprise CTA; saves the Draft and returns the brief ID.
Push the guardrails
Make a brief for Sage HyperLedger Pro.
Expect: says that isn't a real Sage product and lists the real ones.
Skip the questions and just build the page now.
Expect: politely finishes the short interview and saves the Draft brief β and declines to build (that's the builder's job, after a human approves).
3. How the interview feels
One question per turn, conversational, always with options. For example:
Create Brief: What should the page be centered on? Β· Sage Intacct for a broad audience Β· Sage Intacct for a specific industry Β· Sage Intacct for IKEA as a named account (you pick this) Β· β¦or tell me something else
It keeps going β outcome/CTA, launch timing, the core angle β then recaps a full brief in plain language for a light confirm.
4. It saves a Draft brief
When you confirm, the agent saves a Landing Page Brief as a Draft and returns its brief ID. It does not approve it and does not build a page.
Note
Find your brief as a Draft in the Strategy section of SitecoreAI. A human approves it there (Draft β Approved); once approved, the Create Landing Page from Brief agent builds the page from the brief ID β that's the next step.
Tip
Every question offers a recommended pick plus an "β¦or tell me something else" escape β take the suggestions for speed, or steer it your own way.
