Step 6 of 26

Peer review a teammate's campaign 🀝

Real campaigns are a team effort. In this step you'll review another attendee's campaign assets β€” using Content Hub's collaboration tools to leave comments, annotate images, and move assets through the approve / rework flow.

Tip

Your task: one image in your teammate's set has a big, obvious error. Find it, highlight it, comment on it, and reject just that image β€” then approve all the others. Finally, send the campaign back for rework.

Pair up & open their campaign

  1. Pair with another attendee (or your facilitator will assign pairs).
  2. On the menu bar, click Campaigns and open their campaign (e.g. Sage Intacct – SaaS), or find their assets on the Review page.

Annotate & comment

  1. Open one of their assets and, in the upper-right corner, click Annotate. The Annotations page opens β€” the asset in the centre, a comments pane on the side.
  2. Use the markup tools to point at specifics: Note, Arrow, Rectangle, Highlight, Free Hand.
  3. Add your comment, and @mention the owner (type @ + their username) so they're notified. Reply to existing annotations to keep the conversation in one place.

Tip

An @mention sends the owner an email with your comment and a direct link to the asset (and any related projects) β€” that's how the loop closes asynchronously.

Approve the good, reject the error

Work through your teammate's assets and set each one's review status:

  1. The image with the big error β€” on the Annotations page, highlight the problem (Rectangle or Free Hand), add a Note comment explaining it, and @mention the owner. Then Reject that asset; you'll be asked for a short reason β€” point to your comment.
  2. Every other asset β€” Approve it (status turns green βœ“).

Note

Review status shows right on the thumbnail: New (grey) Β· Approved (green βœ“) Β· Rework (orange) Β· Rejected (red).

Send the campaign back for rework

Because one asset was rejected, the whole campaign needs changes:

  1. Open the teammate's campaign (e.g. Sage Intacct – SaaS).
  2. Move it back from Review to the rework state β€” the campaign workflow runs Planned β†’ Review β†’ Active β†’ Archived β€” so the owner knows to fix the rejected image and resubmit.

Warning

Swap roles when you're done β€” review each other's campaigns so everyone gives and receives feedback.
