Enrich with AI ⭐

Instead of tagging by hand, Content Hub's AI-assisted metadata enrichment generates tags and alt text for your images — making them discoverable and accessible in seconds.

Note

This already happened on upload. In this workshop, automatic metadata enrichment on upload is switched on, so the moment you uploaded your images, Content Hub already enriched them with AI — generating tags and alt text automatically. The steps below show how to see those suggestions, refine them, or re-run enrichment on any asset.

See and refine the AI suggestions

  1. On the menu bar, click Assets.
  2. Select one of the images you just uploaded to open its details page.
  3. Look at what AI already added:
    • Alt text in the Overview section.
    • AI tags in the Image analysis section.
  4. To re-run enrichment, click More actions (upper-right) → Enrich with AI.
  5. Click Edit to refine any suggestion, then click Save.

Note

Why it matters: good metadata makes assets easy to find (discoverability), and AI-generated alt text improves accessibility (WCAG) and SEO. AI suggests up to 10 tags and up to 5 values per multi-value taxonomy.

Tip

This instance has AI pre-enabled. In your own tenant, AI features require a Sitecore Stream subscription and must be switched on by a superuser under Manage → AI features. Alt text is generated in English.
