Fix the rework — upload a new version

Your campaign came back needing rework — a peer rejected one image. Time to close the loop: grab the corrected image, upload it as a new version of that asset, get it approved, and move your campaign back to Review.

1. Download the corrected image

Download the good version of the image below.

Note

Your facilitator stages each attendee's corrected image (named after you, e.g. alice-smith-fixed.png). Unzip/save it where you can find it.

2. Upload it as a new version

  1. On the menu bar, click Assets and open the rejected image (it shows the Rework / Rejected status).
  2. On the asset details page, click Upload, then Upload new version.
  3. Drag and drop the corrected file (or click Browse), then click Upload.

The new file becomes the Master; the previous version stays in the All files list, so you keep full version history.

Tip

You can Compare to master to see exactly what changed between versions — nothing is lost when you upload a new one.

3. Re-approve and send the campaign back to Review

  1. Re-review the updated asset — submit it for approval (or have your peer approve it) so its status turns Approved (green ✓).
  2. Open your campaign (Sage Intacct – your segment) and move it from the rework state back to Review — the campaign workflow runs Planned → Review → Active → Archived.

Note

That closes the collaboration loop: rejected → fixed with a new version → re-approved → campaign back in review. 🎉
