Compose a page with an agent
The prompt builder makes a whole page in one shot. The Sage Page Composer works inside a page instead — you add and populate components one at a time, in conversation, right on the canvas. It's the agentic version of the block-by-block build you did by hand in part 1.
1. Open the composer on your page
In Pages, open the page you want to build on, then open the AI chat and select the Sage Page Composer agent. Add the Sage Brand Kit to Context and the page as the Item it acts on.
2. Add components one at a time
Ask for components in plain language. The agent adds each one to the page, creates a page-local datasource, and writes on-brand copy. Try these in order:
Add a hero banner.
Expect: adds a HeroBanner with a Sage-aligned title, subtitle, and links; binds it to a page-local datasource; keeps the copy on-brand (no hype).
Add a FeatureCardsGrid component.
Expect: adds a FeatureCardsGrid after the hero, with a title and description grounded in Sage's SMB and compliance messaging.
Create the corresponding card items on that datasource.
Expect: creates the individual card items (e.g. Accounting & invoicing, HR & compliance, ERP & support) as children of the grid's page-local datasource.
3. Keep going
Continue conversationally — add more components, refine the copy, reorder. Each change lands on the page right away, so you can watch it take shape.
Note
Components and their datasources are page-local — created under the page's own Data folder, so they're isolated to this page and won't affect others.
Tip
With the Brand Kit in context, the copy stays in Sage's tone of voice — the agent avoids hype-heavy wording on its own.
